What the labels mean
Original files
An original file is the exact sequence of bytes published by the mark's owner, obtained from a page the owner controls. Logonary records where it came from, the label the owner gave it, when it was obtained and a SHA-256 digest of the bytes. It is served unchanged: no recolouring, inverting, padding, cropping or optimization.
Surfaces
A version made for dark surfaces is a different file, not a colour filter. Logonary shows each version on the surface its owner intended and never invents one by inverting another.
Checks
Before a file is offered it is structurally screened, then rendered by two independent engines (resvg and Chromium) at 16 to 1024 pixels. The checks look for empty or clipped artwork, distortion, poor contrast on the declared surface and disagreement between the engines. Each file is then reviewed for identity, rendering, classification and usage terms before it is published. Passing checks are evidence for that review, not a substitute for it.
Official source links
Where no file has been checked yet, the entry links to the owner's own brand or press page. That is a useful answer, not a placeholder: it is where the right file lives.
Using a mark
A file being available does not grant permission for every use. Copyright in the artwork, the owner's trademark rules and any site terms are separate. Each entry summarizes the terms that apply and links the full text; follow them.
